Sports and Fitness Support
Sports and Fitness Support
As a competitive athlete since five years old and being in the fitness industry, I have learned training and practice does not make perfect but builds life. As with any aspect of our lives, our sport and fitness helps us be balanced, be whole. Sports competition can have a mind of its own and speaking with someone who understands the mentality can help. Fitness can either be a love/hate relationship or it can be a refuge; where one goes for inner strength. And most importantly, can bring love!
Life Crisis Support
Life Crisis Support

After being on this earth for a couple of decades, we all experience suffering. Whether it is a loss of a job, a loved one, money or title. Some of us have experienced some awful hardships like a fatal car accident., assault, death of a child. Through my experience this is the time we need support from others the most and our loved ones are only capable to do so much. Then, we need an unbiased, nonjudgmental expert. That is what I am.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive means through thinking. Behavioral means through our actions and behavior. Therapy is help and support by a qualified licensed therapist. CBT is a proven way to change the course of how we go about our lives. CBT teaches us positive ways of thinking and behaving through a situation or worry. CBT provides tangible tools such as worksheets., journaling, graphing, and education to practice while in therapy sessions and then use in our daily life. It is highly recommended by physicians. self-help media, and other mental health professionals.

Interactive Creative Therapy
Interactive Creative Therapy
This therapy is not just for children. Opening your creative mind through music, cinema, reading, writing, art, and other forms of spiritually inspired creativity can open oneself to self-care, peace and joy! Even some children have not learned how to play and learn through other means than an electronic screen. And some adults, have either forgotten how to play and imagine or, have become victim to the "blue light." I am left-handed which has its disadvantages in this generally right-handed world. But my creative mind allows me to explore possibilities. I can help you and your loved ones find different ways of perceiving situations.
Supportive Psychotherapy
Supportive Psychotherapy
Having someone who listens to you, hears you. and is not involved in your life like family and friends truly helps you get through hard times. A licensed clinical therapists can often hear your pain, your sorrow and joy more than others. We are known to have a gift of listening and recalling people's stories more than other people in this world. Hairdressers, bartenders, and your best friend may help too...but there are usually limits to their ability to help. Also, if a therapist cannot help you with your particular problem, we have an ethical responsibility to not try and guide you ourselves, but to refer you to a qualified expert.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical means the use of philosophy and reasoning between two or more people with different views to establish the truth. Behavioral means through our actions and behavior. Therapy is help and support by a qualified, licensed therapist. DBT first was used to help people who self-harm and have difficulty with relationships and boundaries. Now DBT, which includes, Mindfulness, is a popular suggested therapy for all. It combines CBT with inner-strength and meditative work. It adds strength and balance to our minds, spirits, and our bodies.
